It could be something as simple as dating something 8/17/2010 or 2013. Untill you get the letter chill out tell us what it is that they're asking for.

So technically, he can be counted like an EWI if he couldn't provide proof that he was an overstayer.
In 1994 they had I-94s, also in 1993 because I entered twice and got 2 cards once for each entry with a stamp of when my visit was supposed to end.

Your list doesn't provide evidence of when and how you entered and your continuous unlawful presence.

Just curious. How do you think one is suppose to provide evidence of entry without inspection? Are you saying that if EWI in 1991, I am suppose to provide information/documentation of every year I've been here since then? Doesn't seem exactly right to me, but I am no expert.

I figured the most important thing would be to show that one has been present in the US since at least June 14-15, 2007. Unless they want you to prove that you never left since you first got here, which would make sense as to why you said the OP didn't provide evidence for continuos unlawful presence since he or she initially entered.

I agree with you.

I'm not USCIS to tell you exactly what they are looking for. However, there are suggestions to provide evidence of EWI before the age of 16 and unlawful presence.

A few suggestions (but not limited to):

1) affidavit from a person/people attesting your EWI and what age/date person in question entered
2)dated documents showing your presence in the US when entered/bus tickets (had to get around somehow) etc.
3)Any DHS documents
4) any documents dated before 16th bday in the US, etc

Again, I'm not USCIS nor a lawyer. These are suggestions.

Providing proof since you were young is not far-fetched. I came when I was 5 years old and you best believe I included my elementary school records from 1st grade to current years of school. I have also provided records of my hospitalizations since 1995 and immunization records.

True I provided several documents from the 90's for elementary/middle school and I provided immunization records that show stamps of the locations in San Jose where I took certain shots. I also provided first communion and other school award documents. I hope (since I am EW) this is sufficient so that I do not get RFE! We shall see. Tomorrow ill be a week since I did my biometrics. I haven't had a change in 'last update' on USCIS website since the first one on August 21, I hope soon I will hear back with good news

This is what I thought as well, that we just had to provide continuous presence for the past 5 years plus some proof that we were here before the age of 16?? (HS transcripts should cover that since they start at 9th grade). I am a EWI and all I send for entry was immunization booklet from 1990 when I got here and a couple of copies for school awards in elementary school. Great...
