He's trying to insert himself into the compromise to derail it from happening. I would ignore him.

thats what I figured, Lindsey Graham has been on television twice this week and specifically talked about the DREAM ACT and even Trump acknowledged that some dreamers are 39 and 40 years old during that televised meeting so I seriously doubt trump has any strong feelings about younger or older dreamers one way or the other.

Sen Cotton says Pres Trump basically told a bipartisan group of lawmakers to go back to the drawing board during a meeting at the WH today.

I hope not, pretty much every bill includes me. And no, I fully qualified for daca but certain things which I've shared here before kept me from applying. I'm just hoping the entire daca eligible population is included in the final bill. Apparently we were in this bill.

One senior congressional aide familiar with the negotiations tells NBC News: A DACA deal will most likely come from the #2 leaders group that was established from the WH meeting this week. One reason: the WH is actively involved in that group. (1/2)

...All the DACA ideas coming from various groups are welcome and in many ways helpful to provide a pool of the best ideas. But the Cornyn/McCarthy/Durbin/Hoyer group is where the action is and decisions will likely be made. (2/2)

Not the worst thing to happen. Tbh. At least they can discuss what is a must and work towards a compromise.

So the decisions on a final DA solution will come from a bunch of Republicans with not one Democrat on the table? Ok well... we all know how that’s going to end up!
