Flake on if they can get a deal on immigration by Feb 8: I hope we can but I'm doubting it. Because that relies on the WH working with us on this and we haven't seen it yet.

Changing his vote when he doesn't believe an immigration deal can be done? He's an idiot.

@AJentleson
Dems who vote for this "deal" should be 100% clear in their minds that McConnell will never, ever let DACA/DREAM pass through "regular order."

The only chance of passing DACA/DREAM this year is in a negotiated setting.

Guys, it's BS. McConnell needs to come on camera and say it. Because it's not true. No Dream Act, no deal, unless these Democrats want to be primaried.

Adam Jentleson on Twitter: "This headline is wrong. McConnell never said he will "bring up immigration bill with DACA fix, border security next month." He walked up to the line to make people who aren't listening carefully think that's what he said. You can do better than this, @thehill https://t.co/qqkxinVxwu"

Flake on why McConnell spoke of bringing up an immigration deal: There is a lack of trust..I wanted to stand up..& to confirm what the Ldr has committed to. I do think given the high profile nature of this whole debate..it will be impossible for us not to move onto immigration.

McConnell let CHIP without full funding before Trump canceled Daca, so no, Democrats are not holding Chip in exchange for Dream Act. Democrats have fought and fought for health care for millions. Nice try. It's not either one or the other. They are there to solve both problems.

The concern now is that DACA legislation will pass the Senate, but Ryan will not take it up in the house. I hope they can get a commitment from Ryan also.
