Schumer is speaking in the Senate, basically a longer version of what he said yesterday. Wants to open non-border related agencies and discuss border funding after those agencies have been open.

MSNBC interviewed a dreamer and she said 11 million immigrants are here and aren't leaving and she said what Trump said was was ignorant.

Schumer and Pelosi spoke in a press conference. They're pushing government to fund non-border related agencies and fund DHS to Feb so they have time to discuss border security funding.

They got federal workers lined up behind them and say these people are being used as hostages.

Edit: Notable things are that they say WH keeps moving goal posts. They want something in writing in terms of negotiations but wants to open government first.
