Pretty sure he also supported a budget bill that didn’t include DACA in Feb 2018 during the last shut down situation

It does look like he's for CIR.

The overall sense I get from this group composition is that they're with the exception of Durbin, from states far from the border/immigration debate and are not immigrant hubs. Also they appear to be Border Security heavy, yet positive towards Dreamer populations. Obviously not the people we'd prefer to see aside from Durbin...but this should be doable imo.

I do think it's time to give others a chance to figure something out. We've revolved around a select few ppl way too long hoping they'd pass something...with not much luck. I'm surprised Durbin managed to get on it.

Tester has actually changed his stance quite a bit, he's quite supportive of dreamers now.

Out of all these Senators, I believe Shelby may be the biggest roadblock the group will face in coming to an agreement.
