Yes because what we have right now is so much better. Will happily take a CPR.

Looks like Dems backed down from including citizenship in the covid package. The Congressional Hispanic Caucus was just posturing and quickly backed down.

So many people on this forum have been drinking the bipartisanship kool-aid. You obviously haven’t been paying attention for the past 10 years. The dream act gets introduced by Lindsey graham, Dick Durbin or Harry Reid and you’re like “tHis is iT guYS... I feEL it in MY BoNEs!!!!!!!”

Different day same shit. The Republican Party had been very consistent on their position on immigration. If you think 10 of them will vote for “aMneSty” when it has a chance of becoming law then list them out.

Careful... you'll trigger certain people around here. LOL
I agree with you.

2Face are you working with the Biden admin yet? How's it going?

Déjà Vu. Way to practice bipartisanship on the backs of immigrants. Let’s pull this country together by fucking those dirty illegals in a bipartisan fashion.

Like I had mentioned...Its highly likely that Biden will leverage his former Senate experience and relationships with Senators. He has already met with over 10 GOP Senators with regards to the COVID package and this just foreshadows that a massive Dreamer compromise is on the cards. But be careful of the radical left teamed up with UWD that will prevent this and the radical right that will dismiss this as "amnesty." I don't think Joey will stand for any of this nonsense though. A magnificient deal is imminent.

Wake up from your La La Land. Dreamer legalization is not happening without Republican votes. A bipartisan deal will be needed....so stop talking about people "being triggered." The only person triggered here is you...living in fantasy world.

Except as usual nothing came out of that because GOP doesn't really want to do compromise in good faith. It was the same in 2009 with the Health Care Bill. GOP members inserted themselves in the negotiations to limit what Dems could give the American people without ever intending on voting for it. Dems are going ahead without GOP support for COVID relief bill.

There is literally no other option. You cannot pass bills without 60 votes to pass the immigration deal. The Dems will not be doing the other option where you attach the bill to must pass legislation...that is for sure.
