Hello guys I've been reading the forum and some said your daca got approved by reaching out to your local congressman. I was wondering how I would get that information and what would I say. It's been almost 2 months since my bios and my DACA expires may 4th so I'm starting to stress out since I'm a truck driver and need my license. Thanks you in advance!

I just had a very weird and express approval.
My daca was going to expire on april 30. I did not know if I wanted to renew because lawyers were saying they didn't know what was going to happen with daca with the new administration.
I waited and waited not knowing what to do. Once I knew DACA was not being cancel I sent my application, they received it on 02/28/17 and sent me a letter for biometrics appointment for 3/31/17 I tried a walk in on 3/29/17 in orlando fl. But they didn't want to do my fingerprints so I went on 3/31/17 again and everything was pretty fast like 15 minutes.
by then my DACA was already expired.
Now the weird thing is that on monday 04/03/17 I received an update saying that "On April 2, 2017, we ordered your card to be produced"
I don't know whats happening or if this has happened to anyone else. I just had my biometrics done in friday and two days after that I was approved.
I'm afraid that maybe this is a mistake.

Hi guy, I am super worried that my work perminy is going to expire without my New EAD coming in Time.
uscis got got my paper work on Feb 15,2017 and my Bio was scheduled and completed on march 8 2017 and I am now waiting for news of approval. Thanks for any intel guys.

I haven't got any answers from USCIS as of today my case seem not to be updated anytime soon I have contacted my congressman just send my info they havent reply so good luck everyone

Mine was send to Nebraska. Am I am fearing my will take a long time also

Well I'll keep you updated I called USCIS on March 21st they did a service request I was supposed to get an answer by April 4/17 nothing yet am at 121 days

Mine was sent to nebraska too. I have no clue why they approved me so fast..
