Hey everyone, long time spectator and just now decided to join in.

Here is my timeline:

DACA Expires: 5/19/17

Sent application: 12/20/2016
Received: 1/2/2017
Bio: 1/24/2017
i-765 Approval: 5/10/17
i-821D Approval: 5/11/17

Mine took way longer than my previous renewal and I was pretty scared my EAD would expire before approval. I did contact USCIS for an outside processing time request (no response) and I did contact my two congressman (both via their site but one required a signed and faxed document to their office - I didn't get a response from either - and no clue if this helped with my approval).

I received an IOE number (for those that have one too - I'm not sure where exactly it goes but USCIS says its their ELIS "location" which is their e-filing system - weird).

Hi Everyone. I've lurked and learned a lot from you guys for the past 3 years. I am currently in bad shape and come here for some comfort and/or advice. So I came to the States when I was 4 and overstayed my visa. Successfully applied for DACA 3 years ago on my own. Last September I applied for Emergency Advance Parole (on my own) with an Info Pass at my local NJ office. I was granted humanitarian parole on the spot and was able to visit my very sick grandfather in Spain after 20 years. I submitted my DACA renewal 80 days before expiration (this past March), and completed Biometrics in April. On May 5, 2017 I received a Notice of Intent to Deny . After the initial shock/crying I analyzed the letter. USCIS claimed that they were planning on denying my renewal on the basis that I left to Spain without permission and therefore violated my DACA. Of course, this is not the case as I was absolutely granted Emergency Advance Parole. I paid a visit to my USCIS Office at 7 AM on the next business day and was helped by a (police) officer. This officer was able to get me an info-pass appointment for the same day. Right after this, the Officer (a middle aged white man) came up to me while I was in the Queue and sexually harassed me. He said that I could repay him for getting me an appointment by allowing him to preform certain sexual acts :'(. I freaked out, left immigration in tears and decided to hire a lawyer. I could have reported him. But I barley had the energy to deal with what was going on much less to deal with the fact that an immigration police officer harassed me. So I saw an excellent immigration attorney later that day. He submitted an Affidavit, a copy of my advance parole and plane tickets, stamped I-94 Passport to USCIS last Thursday. He said that I have all the proof to overturn this intent to deny and to hope for the best. Mi attorney said he has never ever seen a case where USCIS claims that they did not issue parole when in fact they did. I am terrified for the obvious reasons (losing my job/license etc.). Has anyone gone through this? On a side note, should I do something about the harassment situation? I am so sad/upset/depressed/ a mess. My EAD expired a week ago and my job (Law Office) is waiting for me to get my shit together. Please help!

Hey guys! for the ones that have gotten approved do they send you a message saying your new ead has been mailed or give you a tracking number? I've been laid off for about two weeks now and I was just wondering since I got approved on the 3rd and was wondering how long it usually takes. I got the paper notices but not the actual card yet

Do you have proof of sexual harassment?

I never got a message or a tracking number when i got approved , i got approved april 17th and received my actual card 9 days later on april 26th. hopefully you'll get yours soon.

What's your timeline?

I sent my application mid January did my biometrics 2-14 got approved may 3rd
