It is very awkward to click check on 'US Citizen' checkboxes lol

In all seriousness, we now have a big responsibility to ensure that all dreamers alike will get the same opportunities afforded to us.

Congrats bro! Currently have 5 more weeks of AIT @ Fort Leonard Wood (not including 2 more weeks of possible L4 school) . Still, much better than the shithole that was Ft. Jackson (fucking hated the brown box).

I love how these 92A logistics instructors kept hyping up the 92A MOS, like man this is the MOS you go to when you fail the ASVAB lol, at times I wish I would've gone to BCT again instead of AIT since atleast there is a mix of higher IQ people that I can relate to.

My mom is, but not EWI (entered on B2). We just completed and sent her packet (I-130/I-485 Concurrent Filing) in this week.

After the cover letter, the packet is as follows:

I. Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative
G-1450, Authorization for Credit Card Transaction ($535)
G-1145, E-Notification of Application Acceptance
Copy of Naturalization Certificate
Copy of CAC Card
Copy of Birth Certificate of Petitioner, showing relationship (highlighted)
Copy of Birth Certificate of Beneficiary
Copy of Beneficiary Passport, Visa, Entry Stamp, I-94

II. Form I-485, Adjustment of Status
G-1450, Authorization for Credit Card Transaction ($1,225, incl biometrics fee)
G-1145, E-Notification of Application Acceptance
2 Passport Photos
Copy of Birth Certificate of Applicant (mom)
Copy of Applicant Passport, Visa, Entry Stamp, I-94
Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination (sealed by certified surgeon)

III. Form I-765, Employment Authorization
2 Passport Photos

IV. I-864EZ, Affidavit of Support
Copy of Naturalization Certificate
Copy of CAC Card, (as member of US military, income threshold is only 100% of poverty level)
Copy of 2015, 2016, 2017 Income Tax Return Transcripts (Petitioner)

Normally I-131, Advanced Parole, can be included in this packet, but with the current atmosphere.. we opted not to even consider it.

Of course, G-28 should be included if represented by an attorney.

Hope this helps~
