Yeah look up your rep and maybe check their position on DACA. I don't think it should matter though because they all have constituent services but obviously it would be more favorable to you if they were a DACA supporter. You can also look up your senators. I think they all have websites and a section called constituent services. You should look for something like "help with a government agency". You can also just call their office and say you're a constituent and need help with a government agency and they'll walk you through the steps.

Went in for Biometrics today. Hopefully I'll get approved quickly even though I've got 4.25 months left on my status because fuck not knowing where I stand with this. All the recent news scares the fuck out of me.

Updating on my brothers Daca application:

Application sent: June 10th
Biometrics : July 21st
EAD received in the mail: Aug 3rd

Pretty fast, he is good until August 2019! One year before this nightmare of administration is over

Soon we might have people with daca who will make it all the way through the entire Trump presidency

My renewal application has been pending since November 18, 2016 I had the biometrics appointment on December 5, 2016 my work permit expired on April 14, 2017. I have called numerous times, requested an inquiry on my case with no success the only answer I get is wait 30 days and call back. I lost my job been out of work since April 14 all of my college savings are currently been used for bills. What other actions can I take to make USCIS speed up the process on my application?
