Last time I was approved in a week so I'm kinda bummed same thing didn't happen again. And yes it is very stressful, I gotta keep myself busy otherwise I will be checking my case status 100 times a day lol. I saw some of the people ahead of me already approved.

Exactly , that's what I am doing now , trying to keep myself busy as well , otherwise I will be checking the case status every 10 mins. It's just too stressful. My wife and I just had our first child . I can not be deported. I am so worried and terrified because the chance of DACA survival is slim !

Why can't you do an e request for daca renewals?

My HR department hasn't said anything to me yet lol maybe they won't and just let me keep workin

My HR department kept sending me emails that my current ead expires in x days and needed to show updated documentation. When I went to the congressman's office and the person who helped me & even the contact at USCIS who answered and helped renew my case the same day said I can take the I797 notice of action saying it was accepted and under review to my company as it is proof I am pending for renewal and not like i wont have anything once it expires. Yes it varies from company to company or if they want to take risk but that it should suffice. Again this is what I was told by them and even a lawyer told me so that it is all up to the company and I could attempt to give them that receipt notice as proof.
