Quick question (haven’t been able to get a straight answer by scrolling through these threads) this is my first time renewing (Had a 3 year EAD), I️ just received my acceptance letters, but no biometrics appointment letter. My case was accepted on January 11th, and my biometrics appointment was scheduled on the 12th. Does the biometrics letter arrive later than the acceptance letters? Thank you!

Do you have an USCIS online account? You can print the letter from there. They put all the letters they send to you under the documents tab.

Under Your Cases click the I-765 one and click the documents tab.

I think what USCIS means is that on the 12th they schedule you an appointment, but not for that day. You’ll have to wait until you receive the biometrics letter to know the date USCIS schedule that appointment for. Or like some members already suggested, check online to see if you’re able to print it out. But, as far as I know not everyone is able to.

Hi all,

Today I checked my case status online and it says an RFE was mailed to me on October 31st 2017. However I never got this in the mail. Now I was checking my case status online for updates but it wasn't until very recently (probably last few days) that it showed the RFE notice. Prior to that it only said that my case had been received and was being processed.
I just submitted an inquiry online but it might be another 3 weeks before I hear back from them. Should I just call USCIS directly in hope of getting a faster response? I'm worried because it may already be past the deadline for sending the rfe

You can, but you may need to request to speak to a tier 2 agent and I'm still not sure they will be that helpful.
If you continue to run into issues, I would try contacting your congressperson.
