My Biometrics appointment was scheduled on August 3rd but I did a walk in this Friday July 27th. The Security Guard was kinda rude about it.
He goes, “Are you aware that you’re way too early for your appointment, Sir?”
In my head I’m like, “No shit bro” but I said politely that I couldn’t make my initial appointment.
Hands me my paper and a number to be called on.

Did anyone else question you about that? And how soon did you get approved/accepted (for another 2 years)?
Cause I’ve noticed that a lot of people are getting their EAD/cases deferred right away.

Depends on your expiration. I did my bio-metrics in February. Nothing so far.

Walked in today, they were chill. I had to come back though because there were 250 people lined up and waiting in the morning. Went back afternoon and there were like 3 people. Got called instantly, in and out 3 minutes 45 seconds. Hopefully I go into production soon.

Mine as well... March 2019. I was just starting to look over things, since USCIS can refuse to look at your application if sent to early (at least that's what has said last time around). Don't know if by "refuse" they mean send it back or what. What about the payment? Did your lawyer go into detail *if* the lawsuit in TX doesn't pan out?

So, you sent it 240 (?!) days before it expired aaaaaaaaaaannnnnnnddddd they took it?! I remember on the paperwork from last year that USCIS said they would 'refuse' application sent before... I want to say 180 days. Well, I guess this is my cue to get things going. Best luck to you!
