To make the story short, I have multiple entries and more than 100 days of illegal presence. I was afraid I would be in legal limbo. Fortunately, according to a lawyer who specializes in in admissibility cases, that's not the case.

I don't think my case is too common. I will keep you guys updated.

To even get the 3 year ban (if leaving USA), you would have to have 180 days of unlawful presence and you don't. Married USC? Used DACA AP? Married to a USC means any amount of unlawful presence is forgiven.

The issue was leaving the country, not the unlawful presence. If I had been denied entry the secondtime I would be looking at a permanent ban.

No AP, never needed it. I was inspected on all my entries.
