Hi all,

I over stayed my B2 visa, got the approval for DACA last year.
And I just married to a US citizen.

I'm filing i-485 and related forms to adjust status, and I have couple questions.
Please help!!! I appreciated your helps in advance.

Is USCIS# the same A number? Is A number the same as Alien registration number?
Do I put the A number on the EAD I obtained via DACA on the I485? Or should I leave it blank?

For i 765 do I check permission to accept employment or renewal of my permission to accept employment

For 131 AP, do I need to provide evidence?

Thank you!!

I-485- Yes your USCIS # is the A# theyre asking for and Yes you do need to fill it in'

I765- You will check permission to accept employment as you are request it a new EAD under a different category (c) (9)

I-131- No you do not need to provide proof.

Permission to accept employment. You are not renewing - you're applying under a completely different process.

For 131 AP, do I need to provide evidence?
No, but in all reality you can simply not bother with I-131.
Thank you!!

Congrats! Your donkey is about to cross the bridge (as my people say). Good luck to you.

Because youll get the decision on the I-131 right around the time for your interview, and if everything goes well in your interview youll leave that place as a new Lawful permanent resident and will get your card in the mail and you can use that to leave the country instead of the advance parole.
