Everything about my application seems to be longer than usual. It has been a week since the interview and I still have no approval. I must be cursed.

I've wondered the same for a while. This thread is a gold mine of information and anecdotes.

I'm just sitting here waiting for Garland to pull his fingers out of his ass and overturn Matter of S-O-G- & F-D-B- so I can just file a motion to terminate with the immigration court and then file I-485 with USCIS.

Hope you get your interview soon.

I totally agree with you guys on getting DACA renewed anyway. Too many stories of listening to the lawyers and relying on them solely, only to run into some disaster situation that could have been prevented. I was also unable to find any references saying that you can't renew DACA while in AOS proceedings. Extremely annoyed at myself for not doing more research for a more knowledgeable lawyer, but no point crying over spilled milk.

We actually received our interview date today!!! It's surreal to think that the end might really be near. Submitted applications on 2/20/2020, interview scheduled for 9/8/2021. Best of luck to everyone. @Akkiano hope your big fat approval comes in soon.

That's quite some wait. Can I ask when did you receive your biometrics appt for your AOS case and also when did you receive your EAD thru your AOS case? I just did my biometrics and curious to know how much longer til the next step. Thank you.

Got my I-485 (conditional GC) approved today from AOS interview yesterday!!
Submitted my application with PD of 11/2020, biometric was reused on 12/2020, interview scheduled on 07/2021, EAD/AP combo produced couple days before the interview, and my I-485 is finally approved today!

My I-130 was sent almost a year ago and the status changed on July 1 to case currently under review.
Not sure I can do anything else besides wait. I tried sending an inquiry for case out of processing times

"Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview"

My USCIS case status says this for my i-485 app! How soon after this does the interview get scheduled? A month? I haven't even received my work permit, interesting. So excited!
