Weak. The statement release is the absolute least the admin should being doing. The admin should be taking stronger action in the migrant issue to show good faith to Rs and while doing that, should ceaselessly be hounding and pressuring the Senate to come up with a permanent Dreamer solution.

we're left pissing on the wind again. I have little hope for immigration reform of any sort now. They've again fallen for the "hordes of immigrants" narrative from fox .

There's no such thing as good faith with the Republicans. Obama tried that with all the deportations and stricter border policy, and they just laughed in his face when he wanted immigration reform in return.

Same with Democrats...especially in the House...They want "immediate citizenship for all with no exceptions" and for ICE to be "abolished."

both sides are listening to the big donor groups funding them and not their constituents. As always, money is king

Day after day I'm more convinced 2Face is a Republicant Spy.

FYI Those demands are only from small groups and do not represent the general concensus from Democrats on immigration reform and ICE.

It's either they play ball with Rs to get the R votes need to get the 60 votes...
or
They play dirty, do away with the filibuster, and pass DA or equivalent with simple majority.

They are doing neither now, so.... *shrugs*
