Should we just stop here and be content about the survival of DACA?

Or

Do we advocate stronger than ever for a legitimate bill to be passed by Congress while it's still hot?

We need a bill of course.

Trump could potentially still kill DACA if he follows the proper procedures but I doubt anything happens before the election tough.

The next step is to grab a cold one this weekend. Life's about enjoying the little moments. Let's enjoy this one!

Apparently, it reinstates the program in full. So hypothetically, yes.

On the thread, next step is obvious. Permanent residency is still required to stay permanently.

This administration can still end DACA, but must follow the procedure under the APA. Who knows how long that maybe, but those who qualify and renew should seek to do so in addition to using AP if possible.

Well even though it didn't help me personally, I'm more hopeful that the tide is turning a bit. We are getting some public support to from the same people who have supported the LGBT movement. Hopefully more and more marginalized groups can figure out that we're all on the right side of history and will stand with us.

Next step would be to make sure United We Dream and their gang of orgs don’t get too much power. The donations they were collecting were going to “Act Blue”. As long as that damned Org is in control, legislation is not going to pass.
