For those that have done interviews already, how did you select what new evidence to show the officer if they asked? I'm one of those people that saves every document/letter/receipt, and have soo much evidence, im having trouble deciding what's better than others. I'll take all of it but im not sure if its a good idea to turn in so much stuff that may not even be good.

pretty nervous, interview this thursday!

Damn, are you sure?! Talk to another lawyer.

I would get another opinion from a reputable immigration attorney. I know of folks who are going through the process with similar situations and who cleared the double entry with AP.

Yes you can adjust since both entries are under age. So if you done AP you can adjust. I got a friend who went through that you might have to get another lawyer.

Yeah I’ve read so many different sources and they all say the same thing. The only way to fix the double entries is to leave the country for 10 years, then apply to have the bar removed. My lawyer is suggesting to keep renewing my DACA and hope for the best, but do you guys think this will keep me from benefiting from any future permanent DACA solution as well? Because if that’s so, I might as well get the clock rolling right?

Any updates on AOS cases?

It seems mine will be transferred to another center.
