This is way more limited than the Dream act which is already exclusive enough. Also what do they mean by civics curriculum? Anyway, I'm not against it but it cannot be a substitute for the Dream Act.

So the difference from this bill is that you must have been here since grade 6 till 12 and obtain a HS diploma and be under 25 ?

by the way what is civics curriculum ?
