I thought this was an interesting article. At first glance (at the title) it seems like the article would just say that illegals were helping the state of AZ. But then you read that the extra money helped fund programs for legal residents. Really? So when you charge out of state tuition, does it help legal residents AND hurt illegal residents (by charging them higher tuition and keeping the ones who can't afford it, out of higher education)?

im here in arizona and many friends have temporarily dropped out due to that piece of legislation, Im riding it out, but its tough since E-verify became mandatory in the state
