How to make this state a friendly immigrant state... Apparently it isn't one.. I live near Tampa.. anyone know of organizations that helps us..school loans, colleges, etc?

I'm not in Florida anymore. When I lived there, I never heard of any organizations that were helpful. Good luck. I hope you have better luck.
