100 second delay between posts

Can we get rid of the 100 second delay between posts?

The whole purpose was to keep Chivas from automatically posting 20 or so consecutive times only to gain access to the chat. And seeing how he's still gracing us with his presence (with full access to all features), I don't see the point of putting everyone through the hassle of waiting so long.

I guess cutting down the time in half would help too, as some of us only spend a few minutes at a time in here.

It was set at 180 seconds actually. I just changed it to 45 seconds. Thanks for making the suggestion.
