With less than four months to go before the elections, White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs admits there could be big losses for Democrats. Meanwhile, President Obama hosts a bipartisan meeting of Congressional leaders tomorrow as he continues to push for an energy and climate bill along with immigration reform.

according to this source: immigration is out of the agenda for before November. Don't know if that applies to DREAM too.
