LeMieux actually said on Tuesday's debate that he "symphathizes" for us, but he thinks DA should be in an immigration issue instead of defense. Who knows, we may sway him to our side.

Accoring to the article above, lemieux could still vote no since durbin is bypassing the judiciary committee process and it fails to address the larger immigration issues (aka its not part of CIR).
