Why!!! I never heard of this clause before?!!

I would have joined long ass time ago!!!!!

"....The 1952 immigration law says foreign nationals who have "served honorably" during wartime may be naturalized "whether or not [they have been] lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence....."

Sessions wasn't lying after all when he talked about it on the floor during DA debate.

It is NOT groundbreaking,I already mentioned before in numerous threads that it is possible just depends on how bad they want you.Considering this guy served for years and has seen many things with a fake clearance,USCIS probably thought it better to give to him since he was discharged honorably.

He also served 10 with a somewhat exemplary record according to the article and yes USCIS has the authority to WAIVE all immigration violation including the biggest one here which is a false claim of US citizenship. The big thing is that he served "honorably" which allowed him to gain it.If he was not given that form of a discharge he certainly could not have gotten it and it is a huge risk as it is done on a case by case basis !

its a risk but I have heard firsthand from friends who knew undocumented people in the army that their seargants or whatever you call their bosses had them start the process of legalization.

i know but its written in freakin law

i don't know how any COULD NOT sign up whatever means and just LAY LOW for 2-4 years, do his/her best and get honorable discharge.

His decorations are nothing to glare at, they are not like silver stars or anything like that.

Military is pretty sweeet with right MOS

I'm pretty sure there are more people with fake documents running around this country.
