Important documents that have surfaced

I wanted to make a sticky thread on the important documents that have surfaced relevant to DREAM Act beneficiaries and allow other members to post whatever important memos, documents, etc., etc. they find or finds them.

Sort of a place to reference documents for those that want to be aware about what is going on and what other individuals are discussing.

The first two documents I would like to upload are the DREAM Act as they have been introduced in both the Senate and the House of Representatives, respectively.

I would also like for you wonderful members of DAP to keep the clutter down and if there is a document that is no longer relevant and you posted the document, please delete it or preferably updated it if possible, or shoot me a message if it was posted by someone else and of no relevance anymore.
