"Because there is nothing that prohibits them from getting citizenship. We just don't create a new pathway. The bottom line is they would have a visa of some sort and like they and any other visa holder in this country can get in line and apply for residency. You have to wait in line but you get to wait in line in the U.S, legally. They would be here living, studying working, while they're waiting in line. We have a broken legal immigration system. Someone would say, 'Well it's going to take them forever to get residency.' " Well, that's true of anybody. The system has to be modernized but that's a separate topic. It doesn't create a pathway to citizenship directly but doesn't prohibit them from entering the regular pathway."
sounds good to me.. Bring it here!

Guys, if the Democrats block this GOP bill, they are fucking assholes. This shit is a wonderful fucking compromise. Do not lose yourselves or be stubborn with the idea of passing the DA. This visa idea is just as good.

Guys, take action. It's either this or the waiting game. This is a fucking wonderful idea. There is no justifiable reason for the Democrats to block this if it the bill does not set a low age limit.

Not too long ago I was against being treated as a second class citizen, but now I'll take whatever is available. Any relief seems to work for most people, so I hope Dems and Reps can compromise and pass something that will bring relief to most dreamers. I know some will hate me for this but I think the age limit should be set at 30.

If age limit is 30 then do you support the Retroactive Provision that was on the original Dream Act? What if you were over 30?

Age is not the issue here at all. You will never hear any Congress person talk about age here.

I more than hate you right now. I'm cursing you with a voodoo doll right now!! The pins are about to go in...

Unless you support the Retroactive Provision. In which case I take back my first statement (and I'll even take some of the pins out)...

I read somewhere that we can work with the status provided.

I hope the age cap isnt too low like 18. No point in something like that because it' be pointless. Low age cap = low amount of qualified people = not an answer to immigration reform.

PEOPLE ARE GOING TO PAY IF IT DOESNT PASS.

Yes, he did say we can work, study, drive, and etc while we wait in line for the pathway! This is EXACTLY what the hell we need and are so desperate for! Whoever opposes, i will personally find you.....and it'll be a sad, sad day for you.
