What should I do?

I graduated high school last summer, and because of my current status my parent won't allow me to attend college, so if rubio's bill passes, would I be able to qualified even know Im not in college and unlikely to attend this fall unless this bill passes

From what we know, Rubio's alternative is aimed at helping people like us: young undocumented immigrants, who have graduated high school and plan to attend college or serve in the military.
However, we've also been told that there will be other requirements that were not in the original DREAM Act or DREAM Act 2010, such as a date of entry.
