How do we go about getting our high school record since most counties need a VALID ID for records?

In Hillsborough, you can get it notarize and send it to the school board. They will send it to you by mail. Call and research. See if they can accept your yearbook, since it has a picture of you. What county are you from? I'll research.

Do you know of a lawyer someone who is worth the money?
