--- This is My First Post ----

Hi guys this is my first post, i got some questions regarding the deferred action.

I came to this country when i was 14, i came here on December 22,2002.
I came through plane so i got my passport stamped, i did 3 years of high school and graduated on 06.
I started college on the the October 06 and graduated on June 28, 2008 (4.0 GPA ) after that i started college again on 2010, but i haven't been studying full time. I'm 39 credits away from graduating again.

Now i know i meet the requirements for the Deferred action, but the problem i got is proving that i stayed continuously.

From June 27 of 07 to June 28 of 08 i got my college transcript. from there on is kind of complicated.
I work on my own through my corporation so my name is not in my financial records.
I got my monthly cell phone bill but i don't really know it if counts as an utility.
I used to have a credit card but i don't have it since 2010.
I have worked and volunteer at my local church since 08.
I did not pay the rent for my house, but i know the owner and probably i can ask him to give me some invoices and write them under my name.
I don't have a criminal record, not even a ticket.
I have never been to a hospital, i donated blood a few times and i got the papers.
I reside in Florida.

So i need some ideas of how to to prove that i did not leave the country since 07.

Can someone move it, i just realized i wrote it in the wrong forum.

Dargwe, I've moved your thread. Check out the recommended documents sticky at the top of the Lounge.

You can get your church to write a letter detailing your volunteer work and try your landlord. And send the cell phone bill.

I have all my tax return forms i can send. I wonder if we have to prove month per month or if that would suffice for the yearly proof. I stopped going to school in 2010 and all I have now is tax forms...

Welcome! ...Gather as much documentation as you can. Check out the different threads on here about what documentation to gather and send. I'm sure you'll be fine. Reach out to groups offering legitimate legal advice in you community, or closest to you. Good luck!

if i had any tax return that would have been amazing, but sadly i don't.

the biggest question i got is if a cell phone bill count as a utility... if it does well im covered from 08 to 2012 and from 07 to 08 i got college so i would be set.
