excuse me guys can some one please let me know if one conversation in facebook in the year 2009 is a good for proof that i was living here in the EE.UU i ask this because in that conversation that i'm talking about i was telling to the other person that i was living in dallas and i have other conversation with diferent people in the next year 2010 that i was telling to that person that i come back here to miami....do you guys think that this conversation is a good proof?

No...facebook and twitter statuses or conversation is not a strong enough proof of your pressence here. Anyone can sign into your account on your behalf and do it from the US, not necessarily you. Better submit something like bank account or medical statements.

Hi choukette..yes i have some school records but i have 2 years that i dont do anything,i dont pay nothing,nothing ..thats my problem and i dont know what or which proof can i send for that 2 years...

Some have said that facebook is actually fine for evidence. i really didn't think so but some layers have stated that it is. google carl shusterman i think he's the one whose post i read.

yes some lawyers said that. i hope this can be true maybe some one who send proof of this page(facebook) want,or can let us know if this proofs really work with him or her

Yes choukette i know that is really sad ...yes i have already 4 affidavits but i still feeling that,that is not enough I think they are not going to believe me and thats why i'm trying to look for something else
