You don't need those Affidavits, your evidence is sufficient enough to establish presence. Affidavits are meant to be used when you lack strong evidence to show continuous presence.

This is unnecessary to prove the June 15 requirement ..unless it was you getting the immunizations... Is your signature there or does it have your name on it? If not the other evidence should suffice.

This is where I would include your affidavits... This is pretty much your daughter info! I mean this would raise doubt as to whether you were here or not the father could have taken her to the vaccinations...unless you get a Letter from your Daughters doctor stating that you the Mother of the baby has been bringing her to the doctor on a regular basis...
