Are these people serious? Deport a guy because he simply believes guns should be controlled so that they don't fall in the hands of the mentally ill so that they use it to cause harm. Is that really worthy of deportation?

And you actually believe the White House will follow through? They hit the threshold to gain a response from the White House, nothing more. Also, look where the petition originated from, Texas. That should tell you enough that it holds no grounds and nothing will be done.

I imagine the White House response as this.

Hah....that's funny. The only way he would be deportable is if he violates his stay here as an immigrant. Stating his concern over gun control on CNN...when it has been the concern of many all along....is not one of them.
