3-in-1 super RFE (my story)

Some of you were curious about my RFE situation, so here it goes. My RFE was a huge one that was for 3 separate issues:

1. Not satisfying under 16 rule:
-The passport that I had used to get into the U.S. before age 16, mistakenly had my surnames and given names switched. And accordingly the US visa had them switched. So in the RFE response letter I explained that mistake and attached color copies of the old passport, old visa with the entry stamp. On initial DACA submission, only vague black-white copy of visa with stamp was submitted.

2. Not sending official documents to prove that I was enrolled in school:
-This time on RFE response I sent in official college/university documents that show I was attending fulltime at the time of submission of DACA. But for financial reasons I could get official transcripts instead I was able to get official enrollment history (with seal and signature) which clearly shows that I was enrolled fulltime at the time of DACA submission.

3. Not having explained my two arrests:
-For this I simply typed-in my explanation. I visited two separate courthouses and they both could not produce any more documents on my arrest/court records than what I had already sent in the initial submission of DACA. And the requirement for this part of the RFE was explanation thus that is what I sent in accompanied with, again, the court record that I had already sent. The charge for my arrest was "disorderly conduct" which is a misdemeanor that was dropped after the court hearing.

Status changed into: RFE response review, right now

Thank you "son-" for the update. I am surprised they did not have issues with your re-entry at age 18 because many people had questions about that. Anyways let's hope all goes well.

What was your other arrest for?

I had two arrests only. Nothing serious. Big misunderstanding for both.

No wonder you got RFE'd I remember the day you got it and you were really upset lol you have 2 arrests that explains it

I received a RFE letter yesterday. Back on 2011 I was arrested for an unpaid traffic fine. All my tickets were dismissed; reason why I believed they were not to be on my record. They found the record and requested a certified arrest record, a court disposition for all cases and any other information available.

I have gotten the arrest records which says it was only for unpaid traffic citations. Now i have to wait 14 days to get the Court disposition and then submit an explanation letter with these documents and I will also include the dismissal letters from my appearance at court.

I wonder if the RFE only requested these records. Is all other information enough? or might be a possibility to get another RFE requesting other information besides the BG.

I feel a step closer; but at the same time afraid :/
