I'm a noob, sorry. Does this mean they have finished writing the bill? Or is there where they debate and make changes to the bill? Or what? Where do we go from here? Basically,

i'm sorry but isn't this a big deal? why aren't people going crazy over this? we have some concrete steps being taken. atleast we have a date to look forward to now. we're going to hear something. i thought this would be big news, i guess not. i don't get why everyone else is busy posting on the other topics and not here, i feel like this is the biggest news out of all of them.
