michael moore

i don't know about his stand on immigration, but i think that each one of us should email him his/her story. it will be best if we all have the same subject line. for example: The Dream Act (please feel free to give us ur suggestions for email title) i think that if he gets many emails from different people about the same thing, he will want to find out what the dream act is about and maybe, just maybe he will talk about it?

He's a douchebag. I havent seen Sicko and I probably won't, but he rides on people's anger.

OMG! Our healthcare system is shit?! No way, nobody knew that before our saviour Moore told us.
9/11 was bad?! Not enough was done?! I don't believe it! Why did nobody tell us before?!

No seriously, what is ever "new" in his movies. Its just images meant to incite people's anger. Documentary my ass when you only deliver half of the story. He goes around taking interviews that lead nowhere. I remember he was taking an interview from this mother who's son died in Iraq and she started questioning the war. Why? Wtf was the point of that interview?

You know the saying, common sense is not so common, maybe thats why his movies "work".

I enjoy every movie he has done. Michael Moore is such a great movie maker. I'm going to watch Sicko this week

I'll email him this week after I see Sicko.
I have written to Oprah why not Michael Moore.
The thing about Michael Moore is that he has a large conservative group that hate him but many do love his work.
You have to choose a side when it comes to Michael Moore either you hate him or you like him.

it would be great to see a documentary on dream act or immigration from Michael Moore.

People, before we email him, we should all agree on a title for all of our emails (this will catch his attention more, so that he will read at least one) because he gets A LOT of emails.
my title idea is: HELP MAKE THE DREAM ACT A REALITY.

let's try to put our feelings towards him aside and hope that maybe, just maybe he will even talk about the dream act on tv or somewhere. we just need people to know that we and the dream act exist. n if you still don't like him, we could also forward those emails to other people?

THANK YOU. I hate this man. I love how everyone is riled up on Sicko but can't seem to realize that this "documentary" is being used to make a profit and to make a profit, you have to have something EXCITING and ACTION-PACKED *hint hint*. Those elements are not typical of a documentary that is unbiased. If you are pushing an idea, bring both sides to the floor and make a conclusion, not push your own private agenda so you can add a couple hundred million to your pocket and try to push it as a "political issue". BAH.


But back to the thread: If we can get it to happen, let's do it. No one can be as pushy as Moore and market an issue until there's no more left of the issue to market. Beware though; this could be a double-edged sword since I know TONS of people that will disagree with Moore no matter what. It could be great media exposure but could very well bring unwanted, hated-filled exposure.

Hear, hear. His "documentaries" are nothing more but half truths and statistics twisted in his favor to prove whatever bs point he's trying to make at the moment. However i suppose any DREAM exposure is good exposure, even if it comes out from micheal moore's mouth.
