Guys this is serious I know what I felt and I know this was a real sign. Literally a wake up call.

This morning around 5:30 AM .. I was dreaming about the Dream Act being voted on.. In the dream I was at my parents house (which is 1000 miles away) watching it with my parents.. The weird thing is I can't remember the specifics but it didn't pass.. The only thing I remember about the dream is being at my mother-in-laws house at her computer and then MY mom (weird) comes and asks me what happened and I told her it failed (but in Spanish which again is weird because my mother-in-law speaks Spanish not MY mom) .. RIGHT at that moment I was about to say something like "oh but we will try again" or "it will be brought up again" but I couldn't find the words.

RIGHT at that moment EVERYTHING came crashing down from my desk in my bedroom and woke me up. My husband had some collectible swords they fell, my lamp, my clock, and a glass of juice. It was REALLY loud and really weird. It's like God was telling me HEY YOU GOT TO ACT ON THIS. The freakiest part?? After this happened I was laying there trying to figure out why I was telling my Mom in Spanish. It didn't seem right. I woke my husband back up and said hey what does "Nos fallaron" mean (I'm American I don't know Spanish that well) and he said it meant "THEY FAILED US"

Either I suck at Spanish even in my dream I can't say "IT failed" right .. or this was a true sign.

Guys we HAVE to call. Every senator. I'm going to call each one and ask their position and make a list of them so we can target those who are on the fence or don't support it. We need a lobby day.. SOMETHING .. ANYTHING

This really scared me I'm still shaking. WE HAVE TO DO SOMETHING before it's too late.. I don't want to be saying those words for REAL.

Many have been saying like what Juans couple of friends have done.. are we not capable of something better?? This is serious.. If you don't reply to this post you don't deserve to call yourself an advocate !!! WHO IS WITH ME??

Geez I mean it's like we have to be literally hit over the head to start ACTING and DOING something around here. That's how I feel I wish the rest of you would get a wake up call as well..

Are we TRUELY prepared if they had a surprise vote on this today or tomorrow? Or the first couple of days back from break? If this thing fails can you really truely say you did EVERYTHING you could have? You're going to complain and cry about it but you can't do that if you haven't TRIED.

There's an application on AIM that allows to do a buddy chat. That worked pretty well for us before.

The bad part is that any chat via that application has to be announced wayyy before for non-AIM users to register and for people to decide on a date and time that's good for them.

Count me in for a chat!

That's a great idea, but I think we need to know whether more people use AIM or MSN, and go with that.
