I haven't seen anything under the Dream Act provision within the Senate compromise that stops legal non-immigrants......unless they can't apply for RPI.

Same, there appears to be no requirement to be in US illegally in order to qualify. Also I am pretty sure I saw the same exact case before, E-2 and later F-1 holder bitching that the Dream Act doesn't include her. Of course her family hasn't considered any pathway to permanent residency since arriving in US 15 years prior.

Still with that attitude of "illegals might get papers but I can't waah waah" I can't give quarter of a shit about her. Good riddance.

That is harsh! I'm sure they would like to stay here (permanently) just as much as anyone else. Maybe if you were in her shoes you would feel the same way.

40% of illegal aliens entered here legally in the first place, all these people who come and say, "well, gosh! What about US who are trying to enter legally!" need to really shut up, because there is a high chance, they will overstay their visa
