WTF Kansas city star??? There is no in-state tuition, especially since we're trying to win over Sen. Roberts, Mscaskill, and Bond!!!! Email the Editor and put pressure on them to print a clarification story ASAP!!!!!!!!

Kansas was just posting an article by Washington Times, which has now posted a new article updating people on how DREAM Act no longer offers instate. I wrote to Kansas anyways to make them aware. If you search the archives of Washington Times using DREAM Act, you can see the new article.
