The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is launching a new ad buy in support of immigration reform on Monday, featuring “conservative leaders” talking about the issue and calling for an end to “de facto amnesty.”

The ad buy comes as immigration reform enters a crucial week, with final votes expected toward the end of the week.

The launch is a “significant, national buy” on conservative radio stations and cable TV networks, Chamber spokeswoman Blair Latoff said.

The spot features “Gang of Eight” member Sen. Marco Rubio talking about the need for reform, along with brief clips of Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) and Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.).

Paul said on CNN’s “State of the Union” on Sunday that he plans to be a “no” vote on the bill.

The Chamber has been among those pushing for immigration reform for months. The group aired ads earlier in the year in support of a bill, and Latoff said the latest spot is a continuation of that.
