The announcement came after one of the members of the National Immigrant Youth Alliance was arrested for illegally entering the legislator's office .
Three protesters were arrested on Monday in Congress when asked along with other dreamers Hispanic congressional intervention to stop the deportation of eight immigrants arrested in Texas, you are asking to be readmitted to the country after being deported or leave voluntarily after losing the hopes to live legally in the United States.

Hours later, the Illinois Democrat Luis Gutierrez , announced it will work with those responsible for the mobilization , the National Immigrant Youth Alliance , a coalition of the country 's most influential dreamers .

" The office of Congressman Luis V. Gutierrez no longer work with the National Immigrant Youth Alliance and its affiliated intercessory DREAMactivist.org " said Congressman through his spokesman Doug Rivlin .

The announcement came after one of the members of the organization were arrested for illegally entering the legislator's office , according to Police Congress.

Claudia Muñoz , member of the Texas organization Undocumented Youth Alliance , who accompanied the delegation , identified the arrested as Marcela Espinoza , 27 .

Espinoza was arrested after refusing to leave the office until the congressman spoke personally with President Barack Obama and make sure that the dreamers arrested in Texas were released , said the lawmaker in a statement.

Shennel Antrobus , Police spokesman Congress , confirmed that Espinoza and Marco Pacheco were arrested for trespassing and Pacheco appear before a judge on Tuesday . Espinoza did not elaborate on .

Pacheco was arrested after refusing to vacate the office of Ruben Hinojosa , president of the entity that groups 26 Democratic Hispanic legislators . Mohammad Abdollahi co-founder of the coalition, said a third dreamer , Brandol Pahuamba , was arrested at night in the office of Senator Bob Menendez, Democrat of New Jersey.

The dreamers , young people who were brought to the country as children and living without legal authorization , were asking lawmakers to intervene to stop the deportation of the dreamers who have asked to be readmitted to the country.

The head of the demonstrations is the most militant group of dreamers , challenging and daring , responsible for lobbying and protests in congressional offices and the Obama for America campaign , identifying and supporting immigrants in detention centers and campaigns for dreamers reentry of deported or left the country voluntarily.

Abdollahi said he was indifferent to the decision of Gutierrez.

"Okay , anyway we did not work directly with his office since September last year," he said. "All this time we've been doing directly with families ."

In his letter , Gutierrez said the organization of dreamers " strongly opposes immigration reform have expressed racism and endangered youth."

Abdollahi said he always believed in immigration reform but that it has no chance of passing this year. He also said that accusations of racism are "childish" .

" The Congress does not want to support us because they believe that there will be more campaigns (such as the Dream30 ) and there will be but that should not be a reason to not support us . Instead , they should intercede on behalf family reunification . This is your responsibility . that's why they fight , right? family reunification , "said the activist. " The families of those dreamers who have re-entered the country say that we are the ones that we have helped . How that puts them in danger."

Among the protesters were mobilizing more of the 30 dreamers humanitarian asylum seekers were delivered in September when the U.S. authorities in the hope of re-entering the country. Of all that remained nearly a month in a detention center in Texas and making up the group called Dream 30 , 21 obtained humanitarian parole while their asylum claims processed . Another eight detained pending a decision, and an immigrant was deported to Mexico .

The dreamers protested at the offices of Democratic Representatives Joaquin Castro (Texas ) and Ed Pastor (AZ ) , and Sen. Dick Durbin (Illinois ) .

Gutierrez said that "the actions of the organization (to achieve the reinstatement of the dreamers ) could adversely affect the choices of young people to return and live in the country legally."

" Only one in 10 asylum cases as they are approved and being deported or ordered to leave the country could jeopardize its legality in the future," said Rivlin .

Gutierrez said the spokesman , had interceded with the authorities that she was arrested at her office released in Texas. The legislator's office had also contacted the Department of Homeland Security and the lawyer for the detainees to help the Dream30 be released , he added.

He said the organization was discouraged after a group of parents of dreamers will record without authorization a confidential meeting they had last week.

Meanwhile, Jasmine Mora , spokesperson of the entity that brings together Hispanic Democratic lawmakers responded that Hispanic Committee members work with the Department of Homeland Security to ensure that the dreamers are treated fairly under the law.

Not like Gutierrez has worked at all in the past few months. Gang of 7 anyone? Few months with nothing whatsoever on the table, what were they doing there? Circle-jerking each-other off?

It's only OK when Gutierrez, outside the White House, refuses to move when asked by police and gets arrested.

This just in, Obama no longer works with some groups of "House Dems."

They went too far with their protests. They ought to be campaigning to switch the minds of those Congressmen and women who are on-the-fence, not going against those who completely support them. It'll end up making us all look bad.
