Three other undocumented youth group " Dream30 " (actually 34 in total) were deported on Saturday and four others detained at El Paso , while others are already in their homes along with their families, asylum cases ready for go ahead , said spokesmen National Immigrant Youth Alliance ( NIYA ) .

In total there were 5 of the 34 deportees who came originally from Laredo , Texas , on September 30 , asking reenter the United States and apply for asylum for fear of returning to their countries of birth . Deportees Saturday were Edgar Torres , Karen Hernandez and Cesar Ortiz.

Even arrested in El Paso : Nayeli Buenrostro , Erika Guzman , Jonathan Zuniga and Alfredo Cornejo . The first two have been approved but are detained , the other two will be questioned again on Tuesday , said Mohammed Abdullahi , spokesman for the organization.

Meanwhile , NIYA is preparing to launch similar action near Christmas, Abdulahi said .

" Same story, we will have more parents and some of the deportees in the first two actions , but are prohibited from returning for several years, will again ," Abdulahi said in an interview. "However they have no options to achieve a visa " .

The controversial NIYA led protest to bring back young U.S. once lived here for most of his childhood and adolescence , has highlighted divisions within the immigrant rights movement and the differences with Latino politicians , like Rep. Luis Gutierrez , who recently said he " would not work " more with the group that organized the protests and accused of recording conversations in his office.

But Abdulahi said other congressmen have continued to attend the group, also affiliated to Dreamactivist.org , including Congressmen Ed Pastor and Raul Grijalva .
" They have made calls asking the federal government to use its legal discretion to bring the rest of the boys home ," said the spokesman .

With regard to the criticism of his group , Abdulahi said that "criticism does not help illegal immigrants or separated families ."

" It seems that there will be no movement on reform, so our goal is to reunite families separated by deportation, and other action be deferred , a suspension of deportation permitted to return some relief expelled or legal " Abdulahi said .

The group has already made two similar actions : Dream Dream 9 and 30 , one in Arizona and one in Texas , bringing undocumented youth groups to the border and requesting an interview of " credible fear " to receive an opportunity for asylum in the United USA. In the first group , three young activists took to Mexico and re- enter with another 6 . In the second group , there were several minors and parents who joined the protest.

Now everybody in the United States less than 5 deported , the three before mentioned Brando Rocio Hernandez and Pena.

Imagine if they were all approved for asylum. Lots of people would start doing this.
