how do you forward your gmail to your regular email?

On the upper right click on settings, then there will be several tabs, click on the one that says "forwarding ...... ...." There you can ask that it either send the original to your personal box and/or keep a copy and send a copy.

The reason for the general non-personal account is so if this is published on the forum you will not be "found out" so to speak.

Oh and please don't PM me info as my inbox is full most of the time and I am bound to miss it.

does it have to be a gmail account? b/c i originally create an aim one just for dap purposes.

nope, you can provide any email account you would want.

The only thing I will stress again is that you use a non-personal email account, one that does not have any identifying words in it. If your current one does then go to any site (gmail, hotmal, aim etc.) and create a random account (dreamer1, dreamgirl7 etc.) and have your messages forwarded from there to your personal account.

Including tainted information about myself and my family. I think you have also seen my face. Creepy! If you need it I will give to you in no time.
