Hello,

I moved to San Antonio, Texas from Maryland. I don't know what lawyers are good for the deferred action case. My card will expire in November 2014. Any one from San Antonio recommend any lawyers. Please let me know .

You don't need a lawyer for renewal. All you need if to fill out the forms, and attach the check and the pictures (?). You can even find instructions online that explain how to fill out your application correctly.

I don't even see this picture requirement anywhere that has been thrown around. If anyone else does, please point me to it.

How to Renew

Complete and sign:
Form I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals
Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization
Form I-765W Worksheet
Follow the instructions on all three forms to submit them to USCIS. There is a $380 filing fee for Form I-765 and an $85 biometric services (fingerprints and photo) fee, so the total cost is $465.

Additional Documents

Do not submit any additional documents at the time you request renewal unless:

You have new documents involving removal proceedings or criminal history that you did not already submit to USCIS in a previously approved DACA request.

It's in the I-765 instructions on the top of page 6.
Quote:
C. You must submit two identical color photographs of yourself taken within 30 days of filing your application. The photos must have a white to off-white background, be printed on thin paper with a glossy finish, and be unmounted and unretouched.
