The Assistant Secretary of Employment & Training Administration of the DOL issued a guidance on 07/14/2014 for the field officers that DACA receipients with the employment authorization documents are eligible for the benefits under the Workforce in Investment Act (WIA) programs and Wangner-Peyser Act programs.

DACA receipients may want to read this guidance to take advantage of the benefits under these programs.

From what I've read, we are eligible for Workforce Investment Act Programs, a google search of WIA program in [your state] should bring up some links.

We are also eligible for the Job Corps, the National Farmworker Jobs Program, Wagner-Peyser Act services
