Hello my fellow dreamers!
I'm a recipient of DACA. Just received My renewed EAD on MONDAY! Yay!
I was familiar with the AP since I first got my EAD but I was hesitant of applying. However, now that some other dreamer have done the process and have had success. I need to know if anyone has done it without any supporting evidence and just stated that you would like to see you relatives? Please I would like to know of any cases.

You posted on the wrong section. This should be in the lounge section.
To answer your question, all those who have applied for AP had done so under emergent circumstances and had evidence to support it. Right now, there aren't any cases of AP to visit family only

USCIS would first take your money if you did that and then proceed to send you a denial letter. AP is only provided in cases to emergency. You must show a valid reason such as for work purposes, medical related issues, or humanitarian purposes such as visiting ailing family members. You should be able to provide solid proof to substantiate your claims.

An article came out in The Washington Post today that people were using it as a shortcut to get a green card and/or pathway to citizenship and have been very successful.

For people who are married to US citizens and they entered without inspection. They can use AP as a legal entry and they don't have to leave the U.S. To process their green cards
