One wonders whether this idiot even knows that the Civil Rights Act, by delivering the racist white vote in the South to the Republicans for the last half century, actually benefited the Republicans more than the Democrats. I find it especially entertaining that he claims black people being able to vote is somehow harmful to the country, while implying that organized harassment and terrorism to keep black people from voting is normal, fine and the ways things should be.
