Would that prevent the president from taking our EADs away?

Serious answers only please.

Not sure what would be the angle to show cause. Trump's DHS secretary is the true person who can nullify DACA.

The left needs to use Greg Abbott's playbook of suing to stall. Ken Paxton (Texas AG) was on a right wing radio station yesterday and he was saying that they strategy was to just stall all of Obama's Executive actions and that they would have lost if it was a liberal supreme court. More liberal states have to stand up now and do their part.

DACA was never challenged in court and trump will assign someone in the Supreme Court and I doubt it'll be someone not racist.

DHS gets rid of DACA then what ? That's it

Maybe regular DACA is the exemption, there are plenty of excuses the Supreme Court can use to cover their asses when ruling in favor of DACA

I have been saying this. The legal ramifications seem immense. This is not going to be done easily. We have to look closely who the DHS secretary is. If its someone conservative as hell then God Bless us all. I heard Chris Christie's name somewhere. He could be reasonable but if its Kobach, might as well pack your bags coz that dude will rest only after gutting DACA.
