Former Director of Anti-Immigration Group Set to Be Named Ombudsman at U.S. Immigrati

Kirchner was from 2005 to 2015 director of the Federation for American Immigration Reform, a group that has advocated for extreme restrictions on immigration.

The ombudsman’s office at USCIS provides assistance to immigrants who run into trouble with the agency, such as immigration applications that take too long to process or applications that may have been improperly rejected. The ombudsman also prepares an annual report for Congress in which they can issue audits and policy recommendations without consulting with USCIS in advance.

They are ignorant low lives that don't deserve those positions. It is incredible that they get appointments. All we can hope for is for a new Democratic president eventually. The good thing however is that these idiots with no common sense tend to be their worst enemies. I can just imagine the shit show that must be the work flow of these government agencies with people as incompetent as these are

I understand but they are hardly ever responsive. Even more for DACA applications

When the delays were going on earlier last year because of the IT fuck up, they would basically say, "sorry you are DACA be thankful you even have that, we can only actively solve issues regarding legal immigrants".

It was frustrating!

My point is, even in the past it was bad for us.
